SSC Phase 8 Syllabus 2020: Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC Phase 8 Syllabus 2020 and SSC Phase 8 Exam Pattern 2020 in SSC Official Website. Candidates who are going to attend the SSC Phase 8 Examination can download the SSC Phase VIII Syllabus 2020 and SSC Phase VIII Exam Pattern 2020.

Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC Phase 8 Notification for 1355 Vacancies for various posts. Candidates can start to apply online from 21st February 2020 to 20th March 2020. Candidates, who are going to apply for SSC Phase 8 Recruitment 2020, have to appear for the SSC Phase VIII Exam 2020. Three separate SSC CBT Exams will be conducted for the posts with minimum Educational Qualification of Matriculation, Higher Secondary and Graduation & above levels. All SSC CBT 2020 will have Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.

Matriculation level

General Intelligence:

  • Non-verbal type.
  • Similarities and Differences, Space Visualization, Problem Solving, Analysis, Judgment, Decision Making, Visual Memory, Discriminating Observation, Relationship Concepts, Figure Classification, Arithmetical Number Series, Non-Verbal Series etc.
  • Abstract Ideas and Symbols and their relationship, Arithmetical Computation and other Analytical Functions.

General Awareness:

  • Environment and its application to society.
  • Current events and of such matters of everyday observation
  • Experience in the scientific aspects
  • India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution, and Scientific Research etc.

Quantitative Aptitude

  • Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount

English Language
